Kanesh holds a Bachelor’s Degree in law from University of Bristol, England and a Masters degree in law from Queen’s College, University of Cambridge, England specialising in Commercial Law.
He was practising in a leading commercial law firm in Kuala Lumpur prior to the setting up of this firm in 1999.
Kanesh was called to the Bar in 1998 and has been in active legal practice since then. He concentrates on Corporate Advisorial, Civil Litigation, Local Government and Securities Transactions matters.
Kanesh is the corporate legal advisor to several public and private limited companies and statutory bodies including Universiti Sains Malaysia, Majlis Bandaraya Seberang Perai, Majlis Bandaraya Petaling Jaya, Majlis Bandaraya Alor Setar, KPJ Penang Specialist Hospital Sdn Bhd, Universiti Utara Malaysia, Majlis Perbandaran Sungai Petani, Majlis Perbandaran Kulim Kedah etc.. He also sits on the Board of Directors of several companies.
Kanesh lectures in the areas of Contract, Company, Commercial and Property laws and is the author of several legal publications. He was an external examiner in the faculty of law at Multimedia University. Kanesh had recently authored “Kanesh on Local Government Laws” which was published in 4 Volumes by Current Law Journal (CLJ).
Kanesh is a certified Mediator and a Notary Public.

Amutha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of London and was with a corporate commercial law firm in Kuala Lumpur prior to joining this firm.
Amutha was called to the Bar in 1999 and has been in active legal practice since then. She concentrates mainly on Conveyancing matters. She also handles Banking, Probate & Administration and other Land matters.
Amutha routinely carries out corporate conveyancing projects for our institutional clients.

Jessica holds a Bachelor’s Degree in law from University Malaya and was with a mixed practice law firm in Kuala Lumpur prior to joining this firm.
Jessica was called to the Bar in 1996 and has been in active practice since then. Her main area of practice is litigation in administrative and constitutional law, tort including medical and other forms of negligence, housing development and land, environmental law, consumer law, contract and laws pertaining to indigenous land rights.
Jessica is a legal advisor to the Malaysian Medical Council, Ministry of Health Malaysia, as well as to local non-governmental organizations in relation to consumer and environmental legal issues. Jessica has also undertaken research in areas involving housing, tenancy, strata titles and insurance with a view to law reform.

Kumaari holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of London and was with a mixed practice law firm in Kuala Lumpur prior to joining this firm.
Kumaari was called to the Bar in 1998. Since then, she has been actively involved in litigation in the areas of civil, administrative, constitutional, environmental and consumer law and human rights. Besides litigation, Kumaari also handles conveyancing and company secretarial matters.
Kumaari has been involved in research with regard to draft legislation, promoting consumer awareness and educating the public at large on environment and human rights issues.

Kumitha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of London and was called to the Bar in 2009. She had a stint as a Senior Publications Editor with Current Law Journal Malaysia for some time before returning to practice. Kumitha has been actively involved in giving talks to judicial officers in relation to matters pertaining legal writing and publication.
